Check out date availability by email or telephone or fill out the enquiry form on the Contact Us page. Our normal weekly hire is from collection on Saturday to drop off on Friday – other times may be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Once you have confirmed a hire date, please complete our booking forms and read the terms and conditions. You can complete the online booking form by clicking on the button on the right or download the booking form and complete by hand.
Read our Terms and Conditions of hire – you will be asked to sign a copy at collection. Terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded – see buttons on right of page.
Check that your driving licence allows you to tow – this may affect your insurance. See button on right of page with more details.
Send payment (cheque) and signed booking form to Sidewaulk Camper Hire. Alternatively make an online payment which is through paypal. You do not need a paypal account as credit cards will be accepted. Please note that a 3% surcharge is made on credit card payments which will automatically be added to the total amount.
We will acknowledge receipt and confirm your booking in writing or by email.
Your balance payment and damage deposit is due six weeks prior to your hire date including extras requirements.
Remember to bring both parts of your driving licence with you, at the time of pick up, together with the other forms of identification as requested by our Terms and Conditions.
